Service Providers & Hosting
To deliver our services, we work with trusted third-party providers:
- Website Hosting: GreenGeeks (Canadian servers) hosts our website and contact form data
- Patient Management System (PMS): Blueprint Solutions manages patient records, appointments, and clinical documentation
Both providers are contractually bound to protect your information in accordance with PIPA standards and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing services to Hear For All.
Security & Liability
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including secure servers, access controls, and encrypted communications where applicable.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Hear For All cannot guarantee absolute security against data loss, theft, hacking, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for breaches resulting from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, third-party system failures, or force majeure events.
In the event of a security incident that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Information & Privacy Commissioner of BC (OIPC) as required by PIPA.
Children's Privacy
Our hearing care services are available to clients 5 years of age and older. For clients under 13, we require parental or guardian consent before collecting or using personal information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us directly.
Your Rights Under PIPA
As a resident of British Columbia, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent where applicable (subject to legal or clinical obligations)
- Request deletion of your information (subject to retention requirements)
